Efficient and Professional shipping services

We use the French Postal services « Colissimo Expert » with signature upon delivery.
The utmost attention is paid to the shipping and handling of our products.
The products are delivered to the shipping address entered in the order form.
We will not accept returns or responsibility for an erroneous or incomplete address entered in the order form by the buyer.

Tracking :

If you wish it, we can pass on to you the number of your parcel.

 Shipping & Handling delays :

Manufacturing time : 3 days (average time)
Shipping time : France > 48h, 8 days for overseas shipping

Shipping & handling fees :
The shipping fees are directly charged to the client, they depend upon final order weight, the number of products and the final destination.
The shipping fees are determined by the French Postal service and are directly applied.  
For example, a paire of slippers delivered in France would cost 6.65 €,  for an overseas destination : between 11 and 24.00€ depending upon the shipping address.
Free shipping for orders over 200 Euros.
